This response covers the lower quartile monthly rents for two-bedroom properties in the Greater Exeter area (comprising East Devon, Exeter, Mid Devon and Teignbridge) for multiple financial years. The data is combined for the 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012, April 2012 to March 2013, April 2013 to March 2014, etc.

For this table, counts are rounded to the nearest 10. Lower quartile rental amounts are given in pounds.

These statistics are consistent with the private rental market statistics.
