  • turnover
  • Gross Value Added
  • business investment

Employment data is available at a regional level. Figures are also provided on the UK supply chain activity supporting the low-carbon economy.

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has published the first estimate of results from a new survey on the UK low-carbon and renewable energy economy. The results are not directly comparable between the 2 studies because of differences in the methodology and the definition of the sector used. The ONS report presents data for 2014 and does not include the supply chain.
