Use the online service to submit your monthly Lottery Duty Return to HMRC. Agents or personal representatives can also use this service.

To submit your own return, you need a Government Gateway user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you submit your return.

You’ll need your Lottery Duty registration number to submit your return.

If you’re an agent or representative and do not have a Government Gateway user ID and password, you’ll need to create one. Make a note of this and come back to this page to start your online return.

Agents will need their access code and their client’s Lottery Duty registration number.

Only use the postal form if you can’t use the online service.
