Risk-based, collaborative approaches to the inspection of businesses were tested by geographic clusters of local authorities during the retail enforcement pilot. The first report highlights the challenges, successes and lessons learned. The second assesses the methodology and includes 6 case studies describing the experiences of the companies involved.
