Local Healthwatch organisations are the local champion for patients, services users and the public, covering both health and social care.

The Department of Health commissioned the King’s Fund to review the progress made by local Healthwatch.

This report identifies the positive steps that could be taken across the system to enable a high-performing and effective local Healthwatch network.
