These directions set out the issues which must be covered in the annual reports of local Healthwatch organisations. Issues include how the local Healthwatch organisation has gathered the views of people on local health and care services.
Each local Healthwatch is required to publish an annual report. Additional guidance for local Healthwatch on completing their annual reports is available from Healthwatch England
These Directions came into force on 2 December 2013.
