Application pack for the Local Authority Treescapes Fund 2021-2022

Use the Local Authority Treescapes Fund application form along with annex A: cost calculator to complete your application.

Guidance for applicants on how to complete the forms is available. An example of the Memorandum of Understanding is also available for you to view.

You will need to provide the following information to complete the application form:

  • Section one: Lead Applicant & contact details
  • Section two: assessment of current baseline of trees outside woods
  • Section three: Restoration plan
  • Section four: Project delivery
  • Section five: Project finances
  • Section six: Declarations
  • Section seven: Data protection & release of information
  • Section eight: Authorisation

Post Planting Report (PPR)

Lead Local Authorities who have successfully secured LATF funding in the Financial Year (FY) of 2021-22 must complete an Excel workbook called a Post Planting Report.

Completion of the Post Planting Report is a LATF reporting requirement as set out in the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Guidance on how to complete the PPR is provided within the Excel workbook. Applicants must submit the PPR by 7 February 2022, prior to submission of LATF Post-Planting Claim (LATF claim 2).
