Report on the funding provided to Sustrans to deliver the Linking Communities and Cycle Safety programmes, as announced in 2012.

The linking communities programme is creating and upgrading road-calmed and traffic-free routes linking residential sites to local facilities whilst the cycle safety programme is delivering schemes that will eliminate the risk to the cyclist at junction hotspots outside England.
