The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Contour Golf Limited.

A25 Deposit of waste to land as a recovery operation. The Environmental Permit application seeks to authorise the construction of an outdoor motocross track on the footprint of a disused quarry under a deposit of waste for recovery (DfR) permit. The construction works will involve the use of 92,193 m3 of waste to be deposited at the Site. It is projected that the proposed works will be completed within a 1 year period.
