Details

Decision of the Charity Commission published on 4 August 2011.

In February 2011, the commission decided not to make an order to allow Oldham Borough Council to dispose of part of the charitable land at the park and replace it with land owned in a statutory capacity.

The council asked the commission to review the decision. Having considered all the information received, the commission decided to make an order to authorise the land disposal.
