The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Jaguar Land Rover Limited.
The proposed variation does not involve substantial change.

JLR proposes to install 3 no. natural gas fired boilers each with a 1.518MW rated thermal input capacity at the Site. The boilers are proposed to be used to offset the need to use the existing boilers and will therefore result in a betterment with respect to emissions.
