Details
On 23 July 2025, Natural England submitted a report to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs setting out the proposals for improved access to the coast between Lulworth Cove and Kimmeridge Bay.
The opportunity to comment closed at midnight on Wednesday, 17 September 2025. You can no longer make a representation or objection on proposals.
All representations and objections were considered before the Secretary of State made a final decision about the report.

Outcome
On 2 October 2026, the Secretary of State announced their decision to approve the proposals for LCK1 and LCK3.
