Details

The national curriculum tests (often referred to as SATs) are designed to assess pupils’ knowledge and understanding of specific elements of the key stage 2 programmes of study.

Schools must administer the tests in May each year, according to a statutory timetable.

This information gives an overview of each test. You can also refer to past papers.
