Details

The Double Taxation Agreement entered into force on 31 December 1973.

The agreement is effective in Jamaica from 1 January 1973 and in the UK from:

• 1 April 1973 for Corporation Tax
• 6 April 1973 for Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax
