The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Sizewell C Limited.

Description of activity
Erect 3.1km of temporary security fencing within 8 metres and/or the fluvial floodplain of the Pakenham Stream, Suffolk. This security fencing is expected to be in place between 1st July 2025 and 30th November 2026.
