Details

Following the removal of pre-movement testing (PrMT) exemption for sole occupancy authorities (SOAs) at the end of September 2014, the Welsh Government has introduced an interim land association management (ILAM) agreement.

The form and guidance provides information on the criteria for the approval of agreement and the application process.
