Request for a copy of the Agreement for Lease entered into between (1) The Crown Estate Commissioners, (2) Victoria Quay Estate Limited, (3) The Cowes Harbour Commission and (4) The Homes and Communities Agency in relation to the foreshore and seabed where the proposed Victoria Marina at East Cowes will be built, as referred to in the Agreement for Lease dated 15 October 2015 between The Homes and Communities Agency and Victoria Quay Estate Limited (and others as surety).
