Cull costs - EIRs whether Defra proposes to alter the method of underwriting the costs of the cull, specifically: is it envisaged to subsidise the cost of a culling area by using Defra support; and whether Defra is reconsidering the areas involved in the cull after giving consideration to the effect on the badger population by the recent flooding.
