This rapid systematic review identified and summarised evidence on the incubation and infectious period of zoonotic influenza A H7N9, H9N2, H10N3, H10N5, H3N8 (search 1 January 2013 to 17 March 2025).

Eleven retrospective cohort studies and 2 case reports were identified for inclusion.
