As part of the Digital Radio Action Plan the Technology and Equipment Group was asked to make recommendations on how best to convert the vehicle parc to digital by the end of a switchover.

This report analyses the key issues in relation to the conversion of the vehicle parc ahead of a radio switchover and makes recommendations setting out what government and industry can do to address these challenges
