Details

In July 2012 we published our Improvement Plan (signed off by the Defra Secretary of State) which outlines the positive actions we are taking to enable sustainable growth. The progress we’ve made is detailed in this updated plan.

To enable development we work closely with a range of organisations, including home builders, infrastructure and retail developers, local enterprise partnerships and city deals, and local authorities. The actions we are taking to improve our planning and permitting service are summarised in this document.
