This improvement notice was lifted on 8 May 2019 following a re-inspection by Ofsted in which services were judged as requires improvement to be good.
This improvement notice requires South Gloucestershire Council to take steps to improve its children’s social care services. It follows a 13 February 2017 report by Ofsted which judged the overall effectiveness of children’s services to be inadequate.
