Details
This notice requires the council to take steps to improve its SEND services following the joint Ofsted and Care Quality Commission (CQC) Local area SEND report, in respect of the SEND revisit which was carried out between 23 and 25 May 2022.
The inspection report states that the local area has not made sufficient progress in addressing the 4 significant weaknesses identified at the initial inspection.
