The Commission has published notice 2020/C 424/06 dated 8 December 2020, notifying the expiry of anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of seamless iron or steel pipes and tubes, originating in China, that are of:
- circular cross-section
- an external diameter not exceeding 406.4 mm
- a Carbon Equivalent Value (CEV) not exceeding 0.86 according to the International Institute of Welding (IIW) formula and chemical analysis
Imports of this product will not be subject to anti-dumping duty with effect from 10 December 2020.
