The Doncaster Children’s Services Trust was set up to improve children’s social care services and to respond to issues identified and documented by the Department for Education.
The evaluation ran between May 2014 and November 2016. it looked at:
- legal and contractual arrangements
- financial arrangements
- the strategic relationship between the council and the trust
