ILR guides, e-learning modules and templates for 2013 to 2014
Help for publicly funded further education (FE) providers to collect and return Individualised Learner Record (ILR) data.
These documents support publicly funded colleges, training organisations, local authorities and employers (FE providers) to understand the details of the data about learners and their learning that must be collected and how to apply them.
The data collected is used to calculate funding due to FE providers, for performance monitoring, future planning and to ensure that public money is being spent in-line with government targets.
- there are instances where documents are revised and re-issued
- all changes from previous versions are highlighted within the documents
- notifications of new documents and new versions of documents which may be added through the year are issued in our Twitter data stream

The Education Funding Agency (EFA) has published a guide to the list of fields to be completed by ISPs returning 2013 to 2014 ILR data.
