The Independent Reconfiguration Panel (IRP) was commissioned for advice on the NHS reconfiguration proposal known as the Humber Acute Services Programme made by NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board on 10 July 2024. This proposal affects services at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.
