The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from HN Sinkler & Son Limited.

Facility is a poultry intensive farming scheduled activity 6.9 A(1) installation. This is an existing farm going above 40000 EPR poultry place threshold. Specifically this is an egg laying poultry farm. The two poultry houses provide a combined capacity for 72,000 egg layer places.

- a summary of the management system
- an environmental risk assessment
- proposed operating techniques, including an assessment of best available techniques
- management plans to address any key risks

- raw material usage and measures for energy efficiency and avoiding waste production
