You will need to complete the following forms when applying to the HS2 Woodland Fund:

Once completed please send the application form, annex, exception form (if required) and application map(s) to hs2woodlandfund@forestrycommisson.gov.uk noting the quarterly application deadlines.

Guidance to applicants is available to help complete the forms. Please also read the conditions of funding.

When to use the biosecure procurement exception form

If you are not purchasing your trees from a commercial supplier, use this form to request an exception from the biosecure procurement requirement.
