This document outlines the model updates for the current version of the Planet Framework Model, version 10a (PFM v10a). It also describes the main methods for auditing the model and summarises the audit results.

It provides independent verification, by Jacobs, that the model processes and inputs for PFM v10a meet with the agreed specification.

The PFM was created by HS2 Ltd to help calculate the demand and benefits of a new high speed rail network. This is one of a series of documents relating to the development of PFM v10a:
