Documents

Details

There are 2 schemes available in the rural support zone:

  • cash offer
  • voluntary purchase

The rural support zone is the area that starts at the outer border of safeguarding and stops 120 metres from the centre line of the HS2 railway in rural areas. You should read the above guidance to determine whether you are eligible to apply for 1 of the above schemes prior to submitting an application.

After you have downloaded the application form you can type your information directly onto the form. You are also able to save your progress, and return to the form once you have all the information required. You can still print and fill in the application by hand if you so wish.

Once all your information is added, you will need to print off the form, have all parties who have an interest in the property sign the application and return it to us via post at the address below.
