HS2 Ltd is building a new high speed railway to better connect people across Britain. It is our vision to be a catalyst for growth across Britain and to achieve this with a diverse workforce.
We want to go beyond legal compliance and work towards being an exemplary organisation with regard to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
This workforce report provides data relating to the current composition of our employees. It provides a baseline – a starting point from which we can progress.
The report also provides a summary of some of the work we have done to meet our equality diversity and inclusion goals together with a summary of some of the key actions we are currently undertaking to improve the diversity of our workforce.
