This report was commissioned by a previous Administration and is being published for reasons of transparency. This is an independent report which represents the views of the authors. It does not necessarily represent the views of the Department and not is it a statement of policy.

In August 2018 MHCLG committed to undertaking research into the level and type of support being provided across the Supported Housing sector and whether it adequately meets the support needs in local areas.

IFF Research were commissioned to conduct this research, with the specific objective of identifying how support is funded and commissioned and how support costs, quality and outcomes vary across local areas.
