Speed of Processing replaced the old ‘right time indicator’. The speed of processing statistics show new claims and changes of circumstances separately and do not include a combined measure. Volumes of claims, changes and the total days to process these are also included in the additional tables.
Speed of processing measures the average times to process a new Housing Benefit claim or a change in circumstance of an existing Housing Benefit claim.
