Horse Passport Issuing Organisations approved to issue registered passports (includes studbooks) in the United Kingdom in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/262 (Article 6) (retained in UK law).

You can get a passport application form from an approved Passport Issuing Organisation (PIO) listed – PIOs recognised to manage horses for competition or racing (Table 1) or PIOs approved to manage a breed studbook (Table 2)
