Milestone 3A involves the production and assessment of the Performance Improvement Plan which is designed to:

  • show how a Responsible Party intends to improve network performance and reliability to the threshold required to achieve Certification
  • allow HNTAS to gain confidence that this is sufficient and achievable within the required timescales

The document is for use by:

  • heat network assessors
  • heat network operators

The assessment procedure corresponds to the draft HNTAS technical specifications for Milestone 3A.
