Details

Use this form if you were refused settlement under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme and want to request a review of that decision as a result of the High Court Judgment. You should also read the guidance.

If you had to apply to extend your visa to reach the minimum of 5 years in the UK, and would not otherwise have needed to do that, you can apply for a one-off payment to cover the fee you paid.
