Our core Help to Buy: Equity Loan logo, without a strapline, is for use by government organisations only. If you are a non-government organisation, such as a homebuilder, please refer to our homebuilders advertising guidelines.

If you would like a logo in an alternative format, please email helptobuycomms@homesengland.gov.uk.

Terms and conditions of use

In downloading the Help to Buy logo you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions of use:

  1. You shall only use the logo and other brand devices in accordance with the brand guidelines
  2. You shall not use the logo and other brand devices in any way which may damage the reputation of Homes England
  3. You shall immediately cease any use (including any use for the reason for use) upon request from Homes England and
  4. You acknowledge that the logo is the property of the Homes England and the other brand
  5. Devices is the property of Department of Communities and Local Government and Cabinet Office respectively. The grant of this licence does not confer any form of proprietary right in the logo and other brand devices to you or any third party.

Homebuilders advertising guidelines

As a registered Help to Buy homebuilder, you must make sure all advertising, marketing and promotions are clear, fair and not misleading. To help you, please follow our new advertising guidelines and a list of dos and don’ts below:
