Help to Buy (equity loan): guidance and application forms

Guidance and application forms for house builders and developers wishing to participate in the Help to Buy (equity loan) scheme

Help to Buy (equity loan) is available to eligible purchasers and will be paid directly to registered house builders. The equity loan will be made by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to the purchaser; there is no house builder contribution.

Providers participating in the Help to Buy programme can view their forecasts through the Help to Buy: Equity Loan forecast management module

New builders registering to use the scheme for the first time can do so by filling out the on line form – full details of how to access this are available in the builder participations guidance
