Healthy Homes supports the delivery of healthier places to live.
This guidance provides a framework for Homes England partners to consider design quality and sustainability when planning and delivering new homes.
It was developed primarily to support the Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP).
It may also be useful to:
- design consultants involved in funding, commissioning, developing, planning or designing new homes
- other housing providers, developers and design teams looking for examples of good practice
