This guidance is for all NHS foundation trusts and independent sector providers of healthcare who both:

It defines ‘relevant assets’ and sets out how to maintain a register of relevant assets.

It also outlines Monitor’s approach to disposals of commissioner requested services assets when a provider has been notified that it is at risk of not being a going concern.
