The hazardous waste treatment and storage sector has a history of serious accidents and incidents occurring over recent years. The aim of this guidance is to share what happened when an incident occurred so that we can all learn from them and to help prevent them reoccurring. Produced jointly by Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales.
