The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by H & J Transport Ltd with immediate effect
- disqualify H & J Transport Ltd indefinitely from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area
- disqualify George David Hunt indefinitely from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area and from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence
- disqualify George David Hunt with immediate effect and for an indefinite period from acting as a transport manager on any operator’s licence
