GUMCAD is the mandatory surveillance system for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and collects data on STI tests, diagnoses and services from all commissioned sexual health services in England.

These documents provide detailed guidance to data managers and software providers to facilitate the recording, extraction and reporting of GUMCAD data from all commissioned sexual health services in England.
