Guidance on how to apply the directive on the promotion of clean and energy efficient road transport vehicles requirement, number 2009/33/EC.
The guidelines give options for implementing the directive by:
- setting technical specifications for energy and environmental performance
- including energy and environmental impacts in the purchasing decision or as award criteria
- monetising energy and environmental impacts in the purchasing decision
