Following extensive consultation, the CMA has published new guidance on the application of the Chapter I provision of the Competition Act 1998 to environmental sustainability agreements between businesses operating at the same level of the supply chain. The guidance includes additional practical examples that businesses can use to inform and shape their own decisions when working with competitors on environmental sustainability initiatives.
