Details

This guidance tells caseworkers how to consider applications to enter or remain in the UK on the Temporary Work routes of the Immigration Rules, previously called T5 (Temporary Worker). It also tells caseworkers how to consider applications for settlement from those on the Temporary Work - International Agreement route who work as private servants in diplomatic households and who were last granted entry clearance before 6 April 2012.
