The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Humbly Grove Energy Limited.

Variation of existing activity 1.2 A(1) (e) (i): The loading, unloading, handling, storage, physical, chemical or thermal treatment of crude oil. Addition of activity 5.1 A(1) (a) (c): The incineration of hazardous waste, namely waste gas from the production activities, in a waste incineration plant or waste co-incineration plant with a capacity exceeding 10 tonnes per day. Addition of a mining waste operation with a waste facility for hazardous waste, for the management of extractive waste from production activities.
