The Commission published a draft Order, which it proposed to make under s. 80(2)(b), s.105(1) and (4), and s.337(1) and (2) of the Charities Act 2011 to appoint seven individuals to be the interim trustees of the charity in order to facilitate a trustee election.

The Commission received one representation against the Order being made within the scheme publication period.

The review was conducted by a Senior Case Manager in the Commission’s Operations Unit (Liverpool) who, after considering the representation decided that the Order should be made to allow the election to proceed as soon as possible.
