Decision of the Charity Commission published on 12 August 2013.

The commission published a draft order to appoint individuals to be the interim trustees of the charity to facilitate a trustee election.

The commission received a representation against the order being made. After considering the representation, the commission decided that the order should be made to allow the election to proceed as soon as possible.
